GYM:

Main Centre Screen Setup
  1. Pull up basketball net.  Ask PHYSED teachers to do this.
  2. Pull down main screen (switch on right side of stage).
  3. Ask custodian to turn off gym emergency lights.
  4. Turn on projector with remote.
  5. Press HDMI on remote (if needed), AND if you are using a Chromebook with HDMI cable.
    If you are using a laptop with VGA cable, then you need to switch to COMPUTER 1 on the remote. 
  6. Open presentation and make sure other needed presentations.
  7. Make sure sound is working.
  8. Find out what the order of presentation is.
  9. Make sure you are allowed to stay for the assembly.  Ask your teachers!
  10. Stay and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  11. Clean up all tech and return it to the rooms.



RIGHT Side Screen Setup (when you are facing screen)
  1. Have custodian pull down screen on right side.
  2. Disconnect and get LCD projector on CART from room 150 on RIGHT side of foyer.
    Only power cable for projector is needed with cart.
  3. Get Chromebook #30 from either the 4, 5, 600 series.
  4. Get HDMI cable from Mr. Sakai filing cabinet.  
  5. See what you need to display for RIGHT SIDE SCREEN in script.


LEFT Side Screen Setup (when you are facing screen - close to equipment room)
  1. Have custodian pull down screen on left side.
  2. Get LCD projector on ROLLING TABLE from room 151 on LEFT side of foyer.
    Disconnect power cable and network cable from wall.
  3. Get Chromebook #29 from either the 4, 5, 600 series.
  4. Get HDMI cable from Mr. Sakai filing cabinet. 
  5. See what you need to display for LEFT SIDE SCREEN in script.

    IT Lab with Tech Team Table

    People who stay at this table are here to answer questions about Technology at RTMS, the Tech Team, and other opportunities here.

    Set up the IT lab table with the Tech Team sign and the following:

    • 1 Nikon digital camera
    • 1 Flip mino digital camera
    • 1 Canon digital camera
    • 1 iPad
    • 1 white Android tablet
    • 1 tripod
    • 1 green screen
    • 1 Black Aver document camera
    • 1 White Elmo document camera
    • 1 Bronze Grey document camera
    • 2 Chromebooks
    • 2 Netbooks

    CLASSROOMS:

    If your teacher would like 1 or 2 Chromebooks for their classroom to show the class website, come get them from the IT lab/library at the end of the day period 7.

    Please help your homeroom teacher set up the looping LCD projector slideshow below in your classroom.
